MAPS AND MARKS

The project seeks to build experimental tools for navigation and orientation through beyond-human and beyond-visual mapping. We will work with nonhuman collaborators to create situated and localised cartographies which challenge „the territories that maps claim to represent”, and question who gets to make the maps which shape our world? We are interested in mapping through different senses, particularly sound, helping us to navigate the world differently.
